Dover Mercantile is an experiential lifestyle destination tucked into the scenic hills of Cedar Park, one of Austin’s fastest-growing suburbs. Thoughtfully designed with shaded patios, pedestrian-friendly paseos, and lush green spaces, the development blends architecture and landscape in a timeless, refined West Texas style.

Located at the prominent intersection of Whitestone Boulevard and Bagdad Road—within one of Texas’ most dynamic retail markets—Dover Mercantile was envisioned as more than just a shopping center. It’s a place where residents can gather, explore, and connect with some of their favorite brands in an inviting, community-focused setting.

LSI served as the project’s architect, shaping a design that seamlessly marries form and function while creating a distinctive, enduring sense of place for Cedar Park.
