Entrada Glen represents a bold vision for the future of Manor, Texas—a rapidly growing city on the eastern edge of the Austin metropolitan area. As the designated land planning and entitlement consultant for this transformative Public Improvement District, LSI played a central role in reimagining how a historic Central Texas community can evolve while honoring its cultural and physical roots.
Located less than 20 minutes from downtown Austin and situated along a planned light rail extension, Entrada Glen is uniquely positioned to become a regional hub for livability, connectivity, and economic opportunity. Our planning framework focused on stitching together fragmented growth patterns, creating a cohesive vision that prioritizes public space, multimodal mobility, and equitable access to housing, food, and essential services.
The master plan introduces an integrated network of parks, greenways, and civic spaces—many of which reimagine traditional infrastructure zones such as utility corridors and drainage ways as vibrant community amenities. With input from community members and local stakeholders, we shaped a phased development strategy that supports long-term vitality while remaining grounded in the realities of urban growth and environmental resilience.
Through a multidisciplinary approach that included architectural visioning, landscape strategies, and land use planning, LSI helped articulate the full potential of the district—laying the foundation for a thriving, inclusive, and connected Manor. Entrada Glen is not just a district; it is a framework for the next chapter of the city’s story.
