ARCHITECTURE
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you have completed your formal education and have 5+ years of professional experience. you have strong design skills, with the ability to communicate high level concepts, and can confidently translate those concepts in to architectural form. You have experience in the practice of architecture, and are eager to learn and grow in your career. With proficiency in drafting programs such as Revit, SketchUp and AutoCAD, you are able to coordinate drawings and meet aggressive deadlines
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Contribute to design efforts through a collaborative process with strong architectural drawing and construction detailing skills.
· Manage team members, outlining tasks and deliverables, while providing guidance, education and clear direction.
· Coordinate with consultants to resolve issues and produce complete and synchronized drawing sets.
· Analyze code and development parameters, and effectively translate that information into an achievable design.
· Produce project graphics for client communication and marketing purposes.
· Maintain and Improve BIM and CAD templates and standards
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE
You will be an integral part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary design team and will be responsible for a substantial amount of design input and drawing production. You will support senior team members in the coordination of drawing sets and communication with clients. You are expected to work diligently while promoting an inclusive and collaborative studio culture, with the ability to make a meaningful contribution to our team of landscape architects and planners.
Landscape Designer
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Contribute to the production of conceptual sketches, site plans, presentation materials and detailed construction drawings
Develop skills in reviewing and interpreting regulatory codes, ordinances, and comprehensive plans
Address complex challenges, support project managers, and work across disciplines to ensure project success
Select appropriate plantings, materials, and hardscape elements to enhance project aesthetics and functionality
Conduct site visits to collect information and assist senior project team members throughout the construction phase
PLANNING
Planning Analyst
As a Planner / Research Analyst, you have completed your professional education and are eager to learn and build a strong foundation for your planning career. You are a thinker with effective communication and problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, are willing to put in the effort it takes to consider all the nuances of site development, are highly organized, and you exercise strong attention to detail. You are a team player who works effectively in a collaborative group environment, are able to effectively communicate critical information and its potential impact on project goals, and have the ability to comprehend high-level information as well as synthesize detailed data, and are excited about the opportunity to work on diverse project types.
At LSI a Planner/Analyst will be required to successfully meet or exceed schedules and expectations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
· Analyze potential real estate development/redevelopment sites with respect to zoning, subdivision, transportation, environmental factors, utilities, easements and other encumbrances, and other considerations.
· Conduct in-depth research on local municipal and county regulations, development codes, and GIS datasets.
· Prepare clear and comprehensive exhibits and reports that highlight key development considerations.
· Collaborate with designers and architects to create dynamic projects that meet code requirements while identifying creative solutions to development challenges and constraints, ensuring client goals are achieved.
· Utilize AutoCAD and GIS to create base maps.
