LSI’s Landscape Architecture Studio is dedicated to shaping exterior environments that are both contextually responsive and experientially rich—from regional parks and public open spaces to the most intimate courtyard or residential pool terrace. We approach landscape as an integral layer of design, forming meaningful outdoor experiences that support the way people live, gather, and engage with the environment.

Our expertise spans all scales and typologies, with a focus on native plant “water-wise” performance, sensory experience, and the execution of high-quality hardscapes. This includes complex, elevated landscapes such as rooftop installations, amenity decks, and podium courtyards—where architecture, structure, and ecology intersect. Our team brings a deep understanding of grading, drainage, and constructability to ensure that every detail—from paving patterns to plant selection—contributes to a cohesive, enduring result.

In close collaboration with our Architecture and Interior Design studios, we integrate design narratives and material palettes to create seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor environments. Our landscape architects also work closely with our Land Planning team to address regulatory parameters while crafting spaces that are both beautiful and functional—from ordinance compliance to innovative stormwater strategies.
