Las Ensenadas is a thoughtfully planned lakefront community located in the scenic hills of Lago Vista, Texas. The project involved the strategic assemblage of multiple tracts with varying jurisdictional requirements and preexisting entitlements. LSI led the entitlement coordination and planning efforts, successfully navigating regulatory complexities to achieve the client’s target yields while enhancing the aesthetic and experiential quality of the community.

LSI’s planning team designed a flexible framework of residential product types to serve a broad range of income levels, promoting inclusivity and long-term community resilience.
