Pearson Ranch Pocket Park | Austin, TX

Located in the heart of Northwest Austin, Pearson Ranch Pocket Park is a thoughtfully designed neighborhood amenity that enhances the local trail system and provides a welcome green space for nearby residents. LSI led the effort from concept through construction, preparing a Subdivision Construction Plan Correction (SCPC) to reflect proposed park enhancements. Our scope included landscape and hardscape conceptual plans, planting design focused on native and adaptive species, full construction documentation, and bidding and installation observation. The result is a low-impact, high-value park space that prioritizes ecological resilience while offering everyday moments of rest and recreation along the trail.
