The Solms Condos represent a refined approach to high-end residential living in New Braunfels, Texas. This four-story, surface-parked development features 115 luxury condominium units designed within the constraints of a compact site and the parameters of a Planned Unit Development. LSI maximized the site’s potential—enhancing unit yield while preserving the spatial quality and visual harmony of the design.

At the heart of the development is a central pool courtyard, which serves as a communal anchor and visual relief for residents. The architectural language is rooted in the regional context, drawing on a palette of local limestone, smooth stucco, and weathered corten steel. These materials evoke the rugged beauty of Central Texas and resonate with the heritage and aesthetic values of the New Braunfels community. The result is a timeless, place-sensitive design that delivers elevated living with a strong sense of local identity.
