Victory Medical Center is a forward-thinking healthcare redevelopment in the heart of South Austin. LSI designed approximately 25,000 square feet of new medical office space and reimagined 18,000 square feet of existing facilities at 4303 Victory Drive, creating a cohesive campus for a multidisciplinary medical practice.

The project required strategic navigation of zoning changes, development agreements, underground water storage, and green infrastructure—resulting in a design that aligns with the provider’s holistic approach to care. Just steps from a new park-and-ride hub and public transit routes, Victory Medical Center expands access to quality healthcare while remaining deeply connected to the South Lamar neighborhood.
